Dougherty Equipment can design a training program specific to your company and the equipment that you use. We bring our trainers to your facility and balance classroom instruction with practical hands-on training and evaluation.

Our programs are designed not only to improve the proficiency of your employees, but also to keep you OSHA compliant. OSHA regulation 1910.178(l)(l) requires that all equipment operators attend training, be evaluated by an experienced instructor, and be certified prior to operation of any equipment. Our training programs are designed around these exact Department of Labor guidelines.
